The prices, price per sq ft, year-on-year changes and yields shown on the home page and Market page are sample values used to show the layout. They are not taken from the Dubai Land Department or any licensed feed, and must not be relied on for a purchase decision.

Profile pages are edited by our team and marked where a profile is a fictional sample. Details such as handover dates, unit counts and prices are not independently verified and should be checked with the developer or broker before you act on them.

Mortgage, rent and fee calculators

Standard formulas

Calculators use published UAE lending conventions and the rent-cap bands set out in Decree No. 43 of 2013. They are estimates only — your bank's own terms and the official RERA rent calculator decide what you actually pay.
